       X' brand 360 Ton high speed injection mlding machine

           A:  550 mm    C: 180 mm 

       Height of Mount Base is 280 mm, EOAT of robot to top of stationary platen is 110 mm .

Select robotic arm model : KWIII-900P 

    1. A+C = 550+180 = 730 mm

    2. 900 - 730 = 270 mm ( space of pick out final product from injection molding machine is 270 mm.)

with this space robot can meet the requirement of taking out four cavities food packaging containers.

 

 

Formula:
 Model =A( Stationary Platen Center Distance + 30 mm) + C( Height of Safety Door) + Finished Product Space Value
 Mount Base = Robotic Y Axis Storke - Stationary Platen Center Distance -  EOAT Standby Position

 Finished Product Space = Mount Base + EOAT Standby Position - Safety Door
 Robot Model =  Mount Base + Stationary Platen Center Distanc + EOAT Standby Position
