Cycle time of production is less than 5 Seconds. The time occupation of the high speed robot is only 0.5 second.
•Main application.
For the production of the thin-wall plastic product, such as disposible plastic snack box, disposibile plastic fork and knife, etc. Usually the speed of the production is quite fast.
•High Configuration.
All the spare parts are imported, such as our servo motor is from Japan Panasonic, the guide rail is from Japan THK, the air tube is from France Legris, the drag chain is from German Igus, the belt is from Italy Elatech, etc.
•High stability, no shaking.
This feature need the professional R&D team, because it not only needs the high configuration for the spare part, but also we need develop the suitable size spare part to let the robot work better.
•High Precision Reducer.
Multi-point position-setting, the accuracy of 0.1mm can meet the requirement of sophisticated products IMD and secondary processing.
•Belt From Italy.
The belt has a good wear resistance and stretching resistance, it can reduce the risk of belt fracture. The action is precise, the accuracy for position-setting can be 0.1mm.
•Arm Height is decreased by 10%.
The arm tow chain is hanging style design, which makes the life for the tow chain and cable more 30% longer life. The reduction for the height of the whole robot can meet the requirement for the plant with limited space.
•The distance between the main product arm and the runner arm is reduced by 50%. The minumum distance between the main products arm and runner arm is 100 mm, it can be compatible for most of the molds.
